Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Portal' within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 to 72 business hours.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment mode.
